What is your outgoing email limit?
There is currently an outgoing email limit of 400 emails per hour.
Sending emails is a resource intensive process, so our shared servers impose limits in order that customers remain good neighbors and the server remains stable for all.
We offer a free email/newsletter sending program in Fantastico called PHPList which allows batch sending. PHPList is a great solution if you're looking for a free option, though be warned that it does help to have some technical skill to configure and operate. Configuring batch processing with PHPList is fairly easy, and you can find instructions on the PHPList site.
In addition to PHPList, we also recommend a third-party email list provider such as AuthSMTP, which we highly recommend.
