I need better email reliability and redundancy
Although our email service is best-of-breed, we realize that for the greatest reliability, it is best practice to host your email and website on separate servers on separate networks.
We feel these options are worth the small price to pay for extra email availability (typically free with ads, or $5-$10/month per mailbox)
We are happy to set up a pointer ( called MX records ) to point to another professional email service. Our recommended options are:
Google Apps for Your Domain Free and Paid versions
Webmail.us around $4/month or cheaper ( now called Mailtrust Noteworthy )
123Together for MS Exchange and blackberry email hosting - around $10/month
During the setup process for each service, it will tell you what to set the MX records to. Just copy that information and send to our support.
