Error: "can't find the server"
Your DNS settings may be incorrect.
If you navigate to your site and receive the error message "can't find the server", it's possible the Domain Name System (DNS) settings may be incorrect, particularly your nameservers. You can check that your nameservers have propogated to our servers by doing a whois lookup, typing the following into your browser navigation bar: whois.sc/yourdomain.com .
If your nameservers have resolved to our server and you are still receiving the error, your account may have been installed on a different server to ensure that your site is on the least crowded server possible. Contact support immediately for further help.
