Help! I am not receiving email because it says my mailbox is full. But I only have a few messages?
This may happen because:
1) Your quota is set too low. The default quota is 10MB. Try setting it to 100MB.
2) You have messages in your sent-mail or spambox mail. Log in to webmail with your control panel username and password (not your email address) and use Horde to check and clear all folders.
3) If you have tried both of the above, and still are having no luck, please email support from a different email address (you can get a free one from yahoo or google) or via our support center Always include a description of the problem, and username and password for the email account in question.
