If I bought my domain name from you (SustainableDomains.com) do I need to update my DNS?
No, if you purchased a domain name from SustainableDomains.com your DNS settings are already pointing to us.
Note, if you purchased the domain name a while ago, you may have to update your nameservers, as we may have already moved on to setting up accounts on a newer server.
If you already had a web hosting account with us, and just want to add a domain name to it, check that your nameservers for your new domain name are set to the same ones as your original domain with us. You can look up your nameservers via whois.domaintools.com .
