I'm not receiving email

Please check the mail quota for the user under add/manage accounts in the mail icon of the control panel.

If the quota is full, no mail messages will come in. Increase the quota or delete messages using the Horde Webmail program. Check all folders in Horde including .Sent and .Trash.

Your webmail address is www.YOURSITE.com/webmail


log in with the full email address including before and after the at sign for the username.


Also check the overall site storage quota on the home page of the control panel

his is different than your cPanel or billing password (potentially) be sure to include the password for the email account, otherwise we will not be able to help. You can reset the password for the email account by clicking on the Mail icon in cPanel, and then add/remove/manage accounts, and then password.
