What information should I include to get the fastest response from technical support?
Please always include all information necessary to reproduce the problem including:
Step by step instructions on how to reproduce, error messages usernames, and passwords. List out the steps in order (1, 2, 3, etc.) Remember, we can't see your screen, so you have to describe in detail what you see, and how you got there.
If it is an email problem, please include a bounce message if possible, and the username and password for the email account with the issue.
