MySQL connection problems
Some recent accounts are on a failover server cluster, so the MySQL DB is on a different machine.
You may need to use an IP address (like 192.168.2.7) instead of localhost.
To easily find your mysql database address, login to cPanel and launch phpMyAdmin under Databases. Near the top left you will find the address.
If the connection information is not displayed, try 192.168.2.7, and contact support if that does not work. Always include the full error message and URL where the error happens.
