New account setup and password questions

Because we are committed to delivering a safe, secure, and superior service, please read the following important information:

We do not automatically set up accounts because it prevents spam, fraud, and other internet nasties. When the account is fully set up, you will receive another welcome email with the subject line "Read this now, {{domain_name}} has been installed on our servers." If for any reason you do not get that additional email, check your spam folder, and then contact us so that we can re-send.

Please remember your passwords and communicate them to people that are working for you. It's important to note that we may assign two username and password combinations so that you can keep billing and technical access separate. (While this might seem like overkill for a sole entrepreneur, it is a great feature if you are working with others!)

Due to our strict security policies, only management team members can reset passwords for you. You can always get your welcome email re-sent automatically via http://billing.sustainablewebsites.com/

Please note that sales and management team are only available during the standard business day and not on evenings weekends. Orders received over the weekend will be processed Monday morning. 

Also make sure to add our email addresses ( support@sustainablewebsites.com, and whmadmin@sustainablewebsites.com, billing@sustainablewebsites.com ) to your address book or whitelist so that important information will not end up in your SPAM folder.
