What kind of help do you offer in the transfer process from the old site to the new site?
If you are comfortable using the file manager in our control panel, or know how to use FTP, you can do the transfer yourself. If you have a database you will also need to export the database from your old site, and import it in using phpMyAdmin (available from the control panel). You are of course welcome to use our email based technical support at any time (day or night) to answer any questions.
If you just want to hand it over to someone, we offer a $100 "full service" option where we will manage the transfer process for you - transferring all files, databases, and email addresses. This is typically available with one business day's notice and can be completed in one day, providing you have all the current information from your old host.
