Why is email being delayed?
Email may be delayed for many reasons, including:
- Your sender's email server was blocked as a source of spam
- Your sender's email had a virus in it and was blocked on the server
- Your sender's email was marked as spam
- There was an outage or DNS issue at an intermediate computer somewhere on the internet
- The email is still in your Outbox on your personal computer
To resolve email issues, please send the following information to support: sender's email address (and password if it is your account), receiver's email address (and password if it is your account), time of email, and any error messages available.
