How to log in to your control panel (cpanel)? Go to:

http://www.Example.com/cpanel

if you can't get in, you might have forgotten your password. Login to your billing area and re-send your account info. If it still does not work, contact support.

Please note that we strongly encourage you to try the automated method of retreiving your password. Because of our strict security policies, management level staff may be required to reset passwords during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm USA Pacific Time (GMT-8)

Note: infrequently, some networks may block ports other than 80, if you cannot get to cpanel or webmail it is likely that your network policy does not allow access. Please try from another location.
