I wanted to take just a moment to tell you what wonderful service I have received from the tech support guys with your company. I experienced some difficulty when I initially started uploading my website to your server. I was using FrontPage. Most of the problems I had were indeed the proverbial user errors. In any case, over a span of about 6 or 7 days, I exchanged probably two dozen e-mails with your tech support department … sometimes three and four exchanges in a given day and at all hours of the day and night. We eventually got the kinks worked out (with the website and me) and my site is up and running and I am able to update, etc. quite well. I know as I am sure you do that tech support is really the backbone of any tech related enterprise. Anyway, I believe that good service should not go unnoticed or unrecognized. So, I want the boss to be aware of this positive experience. Over those several days of massaging my website, I worked with support folks by the name of: Alex K., Sergey P., Neo P., Radu Ungureanu, Vlad Georgiev, Andrew Gholap, and Robert Greenwood. Without exception, each of these individuals was just exceptional. I don’t know if you have a way to personally acknowledge each of these folks, but if so, I think they certainly deserve of a pat on the back … maybe even a tangible commendation of some kind … from the boss. Bottom line is that I wanted you to know that you have a great crew and business model going there and I am so pleased that I selected your hosting company from the thousands out there. The technicians I cited herein make your company really shine! I will recommend your service to anyone starting up a website.
