Webmail

You can always log in to your webmail at:

http://www.YourSiteName.com/webmail

If you can't get in, you may have forgotten your email account password. Don’t forget to use your full email address, the part before, including and after the @ sign, for the username.

If you have forgotten your email account password, log into your control panel (cPanel), click on the mail icon, view the email accounts, and reset your password.

If you have also forgotten your cPanel password, login to your billing area in order to re-send your account welcome email information. Then go to your cpanel’s mail icon and reset the password to your specific email address there. If it still does not work, get support.

Please note that we strongly encourage you to try the automated method of retreiving your password. Because of our strict security policies, only management level staff can reset passwords during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm USA Pacific Time (GMT-8)

Note: infrequently, some networks may block ports other than 80, if you cannot get to webmail or cpanel it is likely that your network policy does not allow access. Please try from another location. Remember to login with your full email address me@mydomain.com as your username.
